Also going to the palomino and my friend is bringing cute, NICE boys. I am so pumped. Decent guys would be a great change.

ALSO I ALMOST BEAT AN MIT GRADUATE IN SCRABBLE. Also, I'm rubbing shoulders with an MIT graduate. Yes I feel badass.

I'm trying to look on the bright side of things with this entry.

Katu also pointed out to me that I may win the Guinness book of world records for like...the most amount of crap that's gone wrong. So...there's another plus.

I'll be [sort of] gone for the next two weeks, since my boy's coming to see me, then we're traveling up to his house, and then I'll be coming back home around January 9th. I'll still be able to comment, just won't be playing Sims or updating.

Remember: when going to an uncomfortable family gathering, always bring Scrabble or booze. For maximum enjoyment, bring both. By the end of the night, 'asfdjklfsdf' will seem totally acceptable as a word.

I'm gonna miss simming for a while, and I hope you all have had a wonderful Christmas and have a bit of rest too!

There was this cartoon I used to watch On Demand that's no longer available On Demand and I can't think of the name of it. It was admittedly for young children but I watched it because I thought it was cute and funny. It was computer animated and revolved around the adventures of a pig and his little sister, and I'm 95% sure they were British. There were also other animals, I'm pretty sure there was a duck, and maybe a cow? There was also a sarcastic sheep who wasn't really friends with the pig/other animals, he had his own stand-alone sections of the show. Also he was the only one of his flock who could talk. I seem to remember in the opening credits the pig and I think some of the animals were riding in a wagon (the kind that you pull along, like a Radio Flyer).

i have a question. I have windows 7 (HATE IT!) and I am trying to print screen my sims, and it won't let me. it will print the desktop but not my sims which is open. Has anyone come across this? any ideas? I know it's my sims which is the problem as it is working when i try it on websites... Any help will help.

I have now seen two or three pictures of that hair with the thick braid on the front of the head but never a picture of the whole thing. I looked on Peggy, Rose, XM Sims and Newsea's (new) blog. To which I then promptly lost the link and can't find again, but that is not why I am here though getting that link back would be nice. I can't figure that hair out so I need YOUR help. Because it looks like it could potentially be very cute - I just need to find it! I have no idea what it looks like, because people keep taking partial images that cut off most of it. So maybe it's really awful and they're trying to make it look cute. But how will I - and you! - know if it's a mystery hair? So please help!

I'm looking for this music video I watched like two years ago, so I don't think it's all that old. I think it was a metal/screamo band or something like that? From what I remember, the video was of this "goth-ish" girl at school and she's surrounded by cheerleaders and other "preps" that are making fun of her and stuff. Then I think the guys from the band show up at the school and all Hell breaks loose. Like, demons start attacking the cheerleaders and the "goth" girl is controlling them or something?
I don't think it was a Slipknot video, because their masks kinda scare me lmfao, but it still might be them.

Hello!

I did a search but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for.  I would like a Sim of mine to have a job as a bartender, and decided to set up a home business for her.  She lives on a small 1x1 lot, outfitted with her bar on the first floor and her apartment on the second/third.  

She has one employee and I would like her to be able to run a functional "Bar" business.  She has a bar set and can work as the bartender; as well as two gaming machines for sale, a dance floor, and keeps the music on.  I'm not sure how to approach my idea - should I set the bar for sale, and will the Sims come, go through the purchasing process and then sit down to take a drink?  

I also have a cash register.

I was wondering if anyone has tried this out before and can give me some tips, because I do have a backup Maxis career in mind for her, but I would love it if I were able to get this working.

EDIT: Musidora may show up a bit wonky, with a witch overlay on her head, but not her body. To fix this, make her an atrociously bad witch (with Insim) so her entire body has the witch overlay, and then cure her of witchiness. That should fix it and show her original skintone.
